What to include for a support question
Giving us these four things usually turns a multi-day exchange into a single reply:
- The email address on your account.
- What you were trying to make, and the prompt you used.
- What happened instead, including any error message word for word.
- The device and browser you were using.
Billing and credits
For anything involving charges, refunds or a credit balance that looks wrong, email us with the account address and the approximate date. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance, so if you see a charge for a video that never arrived, tell us and we will correct it.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone has generated content that infringes your rights or breaches our terms, email us with a link or description and we will investigate promptly.
Press and partnerships
Use the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line and it will reach the right person.
